The NBA3N201S is a 3.3-V supply differential multipoint low-voltage differential signaling (M?LVDS) line driver and receiver for automotive applications. The NBA3N201S provides a Type 1 receiver threshold at 0.0 V. The NBA3N201S has Type 1 and Type 2 receivers capable of detecting bus status with differential input voltages as low as 50 mV based on a common-mode voltage range of −1 V to 3.4 V. Type 1 receivers have near-zero thresholds (±50 mV) and 25 mV of differential input voltage hysteresis to prevent output oscillations, slow signal changes, or input loss. NBA3N201S supports simplex bus configuration or half-duplex bus configuration.
