The GX709 is a fully integrated, programmable resistor temperature switch that requires only a single external resistor to set the temperature threshold over its full operating range. The GX709 provides an open-drain, active-low output and a supply voltage range between 2.7V and 5.5V. Temperature threshold accuracy is ±0.5°C typical and ±3°C maximum (at +60°C to +100°C). Typical quiescent current consumption is 30µA. Temperature hysteresis of 2°C or 10°C is pin selectable.
