The FSQ110 consists of an integrated current mode pulse width modulation (PWM) and an avalanche robust 650V SenseFET. It is specifically designed for high-performance offline switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) with minimal external component count. The integrated PWM controller features include fixed-frequency generator oscillator, under-voltage (UVLO) protection, leading-edge spacing (LEB), optimized gate on/off driver, high temperature shutdown (TSD) protection for loop compensation temperature compensated precision current source and fault protection circuitry. Compared to discrete MOSFET and controller or RCC switching converter solutions, the FSQ110 reduces total parts count, design size and weight; while improving energy efficiency, productivity and system reliability. These devices provide the basic platform for designing suitable flyback converters.
