Optocoupler/LED/nixie tube/photoelectric device

4N38M, H11D1M, H11D3M, and MOC8204M are phototransistor type optocoupler opto-isolators. Gallium Arsenide Infrared Emitting Diodes are coupled to high voltage NPN silicon phototransistors. The device uses standard plastic six-pin dual-row plug-in encapsulation.

The HCPL3700M Voltage/Current Threshold Sensing Optocoupler consists of an AlGaAs LED connected to a threshold sensing input buffer IC that is optically coupled to a high gain Darlington output. The input buffer chip is capable of controlling the threshold level over a wide input voltage range using a single resistor. The output is TTL and CMOS compatible.
