The MOC301XM and MOC302XM series are opto-isolated triac driver devices. These devices include GaAs infrared light-emitting diodes and light-activated silicon bidirectional switches that function like triacs. Suitable for the interface between electronic control and power triacs, these devices control resistive and inductive loads operating at 115 VAC.
