The HMHA281 and HMHA2801 series of devices include a GaAs infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor within a compact 4-pin micro-flat encapsulation. Lead spacing is 1.27 mm.

The MOC301XM and MOC302XM series are opto-isolated triac driver devices. These devices include GaAs infrared light-emitting diodes and light-activated silicon bidirectional switches that function like triacs. Suitable for interfacing between electronic controls and power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads at 115 VAC.
