The NCV4295C is a monolithically integrated low-drain voltage regulator with 30 mA output current capability using TSOP–5 encapsulation. Output voltage accuracy is within ±4.0%, with a maximum drain voltage of 250 mV and an input of up to 45 V. The low quiescent current feature typically draws only 160 µA at a 1 mA load. The power-fail output will drive low when the output is undervoltage. This part is suitable for automotive and all battery powered microprocessor devices. The regulator protects against battery reverse, short circuit, and thermal overload conditions.
