The NC7SV00 is a two-input NAND single-gate from ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power (ULP-A) family. ULP-A is suitable for applications requiring very high speed, high drive and low power consumption. The product's wide low-voltage operating range (0.9V to 3.6V VCC) is suitable for applications with drive and speed requirements beyond the TinyLogicULP family, yet with best-in-class low power consumption. The NC7SV00 is designed to optimize power consumption and speed. It uses an advanced CMOS process to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining low power consumption in CMOS.
