The MC34151/MC33151 are non-inverting dual high-speed drivers designed for applications requiring low current digital circuitry to drive large capacitive loads with high slew rates. These devices feature low input current making them compatible with CMOS/LSTTL logic, input hysteresis for fast output switching independent of input transition time, and two high current totem-pole outputs ideal for driving power MOSFETs. An undervoltage lockout with hysteresis is also included to prevent incorrect system operation at low supply voltages. Typical applications include switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, capacitive charge pump doublers/inverters, and motor controllers. These devices feature dual-row plug-in and surface-mount encapsulation.
