The FDMC6890NZ is a compact single encapsulation solution for DC to DC converters with excellent thermal performance and switching characteristics. Two N-channel MOSFETs are included in the Power 33encapsulation to maximize power conversion and switching efficiency through low on-state resistance and low gate charge. The Q1 switch also incorporates gate protection against unclamped voltage inputs.
