The 74AUP1T97 is a general-purpose, configurable 2-input logic gate that provides single-supply voltage level translation. The device is intended for applications with input switching levels that can accept 1.8-V low-voltage CMOS signals while operating from 2.5-V or 3.3-V supply voltages. The 74AUP1T97 is an ideal low power solution for mixed voltage signal applications, especially battery powered portable applications. The product guarantees very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire voltage range. All input implementations have hysteresis for slower transitioning input signals and better switching noise immunity. The 74AUP1T97 offers a variety of functions determined by different configurations of the three inputs. Potential logic functions provided are MUX, AND, NAND, OR, and NOR, as well as inverters and buffers.
