The MCH3914 is an N-channel JFET, 15V, 16 to 50mA, 29mS, MCPH3, for high frequency low noise amplifier applications.

These devices feature high current gain and low saturation voltage with up to 3 A of continuous collector current.

The MJE170/180 series are suitable for low power audio amplifier and low current high speed switching applications. MJE170, MJE171, MJE172 (PNP); MJE180, MJE181, MJE182 (NPN) are complementary devices.
