This 1/3-inch form factor, 1.2 MP imaging device is suitable for meeting the challenging requirements of industrial, consumer, and IoT applications. This new global shutter sensor allows the camera to "freeze" fast-moving scene data, ensuring efficient synchronization with pulsed light sources. The AR0135 sensor incorporates a new innovative global shutter pixel design that reduces dark current by a factor of 10 and shutter efficiency by a factor of 4 compared to the previous generation. These performance improvements allow the sensor to produce clear, noise-free images in low-light and bright scenes, as well as high-temperature environments. This capability enables eye tracking and gesture detection required in 3D scanners, gesture recognition devices.

The MT9V024 6um global shutter HDR pixel technology enables automotive cameras to "freeze" fast-moving objects and capture all scene details under extreme lighting conditions. The MT9V024 enhanced NIR pixel process provides excellent image quality in extremely low light night conditions.

The LUPA3000 CMOS image sensor has an industry-leading digital data throughput of 13.2 Gbps. The 3.0-megapixel sensor offers a triggered and pipelined global shutter for a full frame rate of 485 frames per second (fps) and windowing for distortion-free images and fast readouts. The sensor has an on-chip digital LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) output, which simplifies the transfer of sensor data and the overall camera design for machine vision and holographic data storage applications. The sensor also has a dual-slope feature that maintains good contrast in shadowed areas without saturating bright areas in high-contrast scenes.
