Low Power (5Hz, <1µA), Low Voltage (5.5V max) Switch 3-TO-92 -40 to 85

ON Semiconductor's J-Series Silicon Photomultiplier Sensors (SiPM) are optimized for high-performance timing applications such as ToF-PET (Time-of-Flight Positron Emission Tomography). Thanks to increased microcell density, J-Series sensors can achieve 50% Photodetection Efficiency (PDE), with sensitivity extending to UV. The series features an industry-leading low dark count rate of 50 kHz/mm2, and because the sensors are produced using a bulk CMOS silicon process, they have excellent interrupt voltage uniformity of ±250 mV. The J-Series is available in 3 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm sizes packaged in TSV chip scale packages and complies with industry standard lead-free reflow soldering processes. The J-Series also features ON Semiconductor's unique fast output for fast timing functions.
