ON Semiconductor AR0221 is a 1/1.7-inch CMOS digital image sensor with a 1928 (H) × 1088 (V) effective pixel array. This advanced image sensor can capture images in linear or HDR mode with rolling shutter readout. It includes a variety of sophisticated camera features such as intra-pixel binning, windowing, and video and single-frame modes. AR0221 is suitable for low light and high dynamic range scene performance with 4.2um BSI pixels. The sensor incorporates complex camera functions such as intra-pixel binning, windowing, and video and single-frame modes. The device is programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface supporting MPI and HiSPi output interfaces.
