Optocoupler/LED/nixie tube/photoelectric device

FODM100x series, single channel, DC sense input, optocoupler consisting of a Gallium Arsenide IR emitting transistor, optically coupled to a phototransistor, using SOP 4-pin extension body encapsulation. The input-output isolation voltage VISO is rated at 5,000 VACRMS.

The FODM301X, FODM302X and FODM305X series consist of a GaAs IR LED driving a silicon bidirectional switch in a compact 4-pin miniature flat encapsulation. Lead spacing is 2.54mm. They are suitable for use as an interface between electronic controls and power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads operating at 115V/240V.
