Optocoupler/LED/nixie tube/photoelectric device

The MOC3081M, MOC3082M, and MOC3083M devices consist of a GaAs infrared light-emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon detector, performing the function of a zero voltage crossover double-sided triple driver. These devices are ideal for split power triacs in logic system interfaces from 240V AC line powered equipment such as solid state relays, industrial controls, motors, solenoid valves, and consumer equipment.

The MOC301XM and MOC302XM series are opto-isolated triac driver devices. These devices include GaAs infrared light-emitting diodes and light-activated silicon bidirectional switches that function like triacs. Suitable for the interface between electronic control and power triacs, these devices control resistive and inductive loads operating at 115 VAC.
