MC33071/72/74, MC34071/72/74, NCV33072/74A series of monolithic operational amplifiers feature high-quality bipolar fabrication with innovative design concepts. These op amps offer a gain-bandwidth product of 4.5 MHz, a slew rate of 13 V/µs, and fast settling time without using JFET device technology. Although the family can operate on split supplies, it is more suitable for single-supply operation due to the common-mode input voltage range including ground potential (VEE). This series uses a Darlington input stage with high input resistance, low input offset voltage, and high gain. All NPN output stage features no dead-band crossover distortion and large output voltage swing, provides high capacitive drive capability, excellent phase and gain margins, low open-loop high frequency output impedance and symmetrical source/sink AC frequency response. MC33071/72/74, MC34071/72??/74, NCV33072/74 A-Series devices are available in Standard or Premium Performance (A suffix) grades and are specified for commercial, industrial/vehicular, or military temperature ranges.
