The device is a 4-wire EMI filter array for wireless applications. Greater than -25 dB attenuation is achieved at frequencies in the 800 MHz to 5.0 GHz range. With a cutoff frequency of 150 MHz, the NUF4001MU can be used for applications with data rates up to 58 MHz or 116 Mbs. This UDFN package is designed to enhance the EMI filtering performance of electronic components in small-outline or thin-profile designs, especially in applications where space and height are at a premium. It also provides ESD protection to clamp transients against electrostatic charges. All capacitors provide ESD protection.
