The high-performance silicon-gate CMOS MC74HC174A has the same pin-out as the LS174. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; pull-up resistors are included for compatibility with LSTTL outputs. The device consists of six D-type flip-flops with common clock and reset inputs. Each flip-flop is loaded on a low-to-high transition of the clock input. Reset is asynchronous and active low.
