The AMIS-49200 and AMIS-49250 Fieldbus MAUs (Media Access Units) are transceiver chips for low-speed FOUNDATION Fieldbus and Profibus PA devices. AMIS-49200 is a close pin-to-pin replacement for the Yokogawa ®SAA22Q MAU. "Close pin-to-pin" means that the associated part values ​​may change without changing the board. The AMIS-49250 is a small micro-leadframe version with 7.0 x 7.0 mm NQFP-44 encapsulation.
