Logic device/transceiver/encoder

The MC74AC138/74ACT138 is a high-speed 1/8 decoder/demultiplexer. This device is ideal for high-speed bipolar memory chip-select address decoding. Multiple inputs can be extended in parallel to a 1/24 decoder using only three MC74AC138/74ACT138 devices, or to a 1/32 decoder using four MC74AC138/74ACT138 devices and an inverter.
