The FXL4TD245 is a configurable 4-bit dual-voltage supply translator for unidirectional and bidirectional voltage translation between two logic levels. The device enables voltage translation between as high as 3.6V and as low as 1.1V. The A port tracks the VCCA level and the B port tracks the VCCB level. Bidirectional voltage translation between multiple voltage levels: 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V. The device will remain 3-stated until both VCCs reach active levels, allowing either VCC to power up first. The MC74VHC132 is an advanced high-speed CMOS Schmitt NAND flip-flop fabricated on a silicon-gate CMOS process. It achieves high-speed operation similar to an equivalent bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power consumption. The pin configuration and function are the same as MC74VHC00, except that the input has hysteresis and has a Schmitt trigger function, so the VHC132 can be used as a line receiver to receive slow input signals. This internal circuit consists of three stages, including a buffered output that provides high noise immunity and stable output. The input withstand voltage is up to 7V, and it supports the interface from 5V system to 3V system.
