The NC7S14 is a high performance single CMOS inverter with Schmitt trigger input. The circuit design provides hysteresis between positive-going and negative-going input thresholds, improving noise margin. Advanced silicon-gate CMOS fabrication process ensures high-speed, low-power circuit operation over a wide range of VCC. ESD protection diodes are built-in to protect the VCC and GND rails of the input and output.
