The NCN5150 is a single-chip integrated slave transceiver for two-wire instrument bus (M-BUS) slaves and relays. The transceiver provides all the functionality needed to meet European standards EN 13757-2 and EN 1434-3, which define the requirements for the M-BUS physical layer. It includes programmable power levels up to 2 (SOIC version) or 6 (NQFP version) unit loads, which can be used for external circuits via a 3.3V LDO regulator.The NCN5150 provides communication at M-BUS communication speeds of up to 38400 baud rate (half-duplex).

The AP0200AT is a dedicated automotive image coprocessor that enables flexible camera platforms using ON Semiconductor's megapixel high dynamic range (HDR) sensors. A two-chip solution of sensor and co-processor enables multiple camera price and performance points, enables board design reuse, fast time to market, and design flexibility. Sensor performance is improved by reducing the heat generated by a separate co-processor chip while enabling high-performance functions. The AP0200AT provides Ethernet output to support up to 2 megapixel sensors. It includes a space-transfer engine that can be used with up to 1.2 MP sensors, providing 185-degree fisheye lens distortion correction, perspective correction, and multi-view options such as split side view, triple mirror, and trailer hitch. This coprocessor combines ON Semiconductor's AR0230AT, AR0132AT, AR0140AT, and AR0136AT HDR automotive sensors for Ethernet-based rearview cameras.
